Pastor(s) James and Didi Gray have been married for over 37 years and have an adult daughter Alyx.   They are initially from Long Island, New York, where they served as pastors for 15 years.   They were sent to Hopewell, Virginia, over 22 years ago with a mandate from God to reach and restore His broken people .  They connected and were ordained pastors under Redemption Ministries (IPHC).  In 2006, they joined with Pastor Chuck Crocker, who was given an apostolic commission to reach Hopewell and Chester with a transforming citywide Kingdom joint vision. Pastor(s) James and Didi have the same vision to train, impart, restore, heal, and empower God’s people.  God released them to serve in the Downtown  Hopewell campus for five years before merging with the “mother”  Chester church.   Together, the couple flows prophetically and loves to teach God’s  people; furthermore, they recently, as of June 2024, were installed as Senior Pastors while still serving in the following ministries : Director of Engage Food Pantry , “Toys-For-Tots’ , intercessory prayer , women’s/men's ministry , and discipleship training.

Pastor Didi is currently a chaplain for the Tri-Cities Hospitals for past six (6) years. She has expanded her ministry in the following ways: teaching prophetic and seer classes online, trains in intercessory prayer, and does individual/family marital/grief counseling.

Pastor James is a science teacher in the public schools for over 25 years. He has grown the Men's Ministry that impacts over five (5) churches and has a weekly YouTube channel on men issues that reach many countries. However, Jim and Didi passion is to bring healing and deliverance to the body of Christ.

Pastor Chuck Davis has been an Ordained minister with the International Pentecostal Holiness Church since 1997. His first pastorate was in Chester, VA. He and his wife served there for three and a half years. From 2000 to 2004, Pastor Chuck Davis served on staff with Redemption Ministries as project manager, providing oversight for the construction of the Redemption Ministries Training and Retreat Center. While serving as project manager, Chuck also helped plant two churches and was the Director of WIN prayer ministry for Redemption Ministries. From 2004 to 2012, Pastor Chuck served as pastor of the oldest local church in Redemption Ministries, located in Tyner, North Carolina. From 2006 to 2014, Pastor Chuck served on the Conference Executive Council as Vice-Chairman and, in 2014, was re-elected to the Executive Council until 2018. As a Council member, he assisted in providing apostolic covering and oversight for the churches and ministries connected to the Redemption Ministries Network. Currently, Pastor Chuck is back on staff with Redemption Ministries, serving as the Facilities Director of the Redemption Ministries Training and Retreat Center.

Chuck and his wife Wendy have two children and are celebrating thirty-five years of marriage together.
